What this website collects

When you submit the demo request or contact form we collect the information you enter: name, company, email, phone, fleet size, type of operation, and any comments. We use it only to respond to you and to set up a demo.

Form submissions are delivered to the destination we configure (an email inbox or a CRM intake endpoint). We do not sell this information.

Our forms include automated spam protection (a hidden field and a time check). No CAPTCHA provider receives your data.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled on this site, we use it to understand which pages are visited and which buttons are used (for example, demo-request clicks). Analytics is off unless a provider has been configured.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for marketing. If an analytics provider is enabled, it may set its own cookies according to its policy.

The Fleet Suite One platform

The authenticated Fleet Suite One application (dispatch, tickets, tracking, billing) handles operational data on behalf of customer fleets, including driver location during configured work hours. That data is governed by the customer agreement and the platform privacy terms provided at sign-up, not by this website policy.
