Fleet Suite One

Platform overview

One platform. One record. Every truck, ticket and dollar.

Fleet Suite One is not a dispatch app with add-ons. Dispatch, Tickets, Drivers, Tracking, Customers, Billing and Reports all read and write the same records — so a load assigned at 6 a.m. is the invoice line at 4 p.m. without anyone typing it twice.

How it connects

Office, drivers, customers, tickets and payments — on the same load

Each group touches the load at a different moment. Because they all work from the same record, nothing has to be reconciled at the end of the week.

  • Office & dispatch

Creates jobs and loads, assigns drivers, watches progress, invoices finalized tickets and tracks payments.

  • Drivers

Accept loads, navigate, confirm pickup and delivery, collect signatures and photos — from a phone.

  • Customers

Sign on site, receive finalized tickets as proof of delivery, and get accurate invoices with tickets attached.

  • Tickets & payments

The ticket created at assignment is the same record the customer signs, the invoice bills and the report counts.

Take a look inside Fleet Suite One

Sample data, real layout. Use the tabs (or arrow keys) to move between the dispatch board, live tracking, tickets, the driver app, billing and reports.

Every load, truck and driver for the day. Assign, reassign and watch status change as drivers work.

The seven modules

What each part of the suite does

FS1 Dispatch

Assign jobs and loads, select drivers, monitor progress, and keep trucks moving.

The daily board shows every job, load, truck and driver in one view. Dispatchers assign work in seconds, see acceptance and status changes as they happen, and re-route when a site closes early or a truck goes down.

Includes

  • Daily dispatch board
  • Job and multi-load assignment
  • Driver selection and acceptance
  • Live load status
  • Reassignment and notes

FS1 Tickets

Create digital tickets, support multiple loads, collect delivery signatures, and send proof of delivery.

Every load produces a digital ticket with material, quantity, pickup, delivery, times and truck. Drivers capture the customer signature and photos on site, and the finalized ticket is ready for billing the moment it is complete.

Includes

  • Digital multi-load tickets
  • On-site customer signature
  • Photo proof of delivery
  • Ticket numbers and history
  • Ticket sharing with customers

FS1 Drivers

Manage driver profiles, availability, work hours, completed loads, and payroll records.

Keep driver details, availability and configured work hours in one place. Completed loads, hours and ticket activity build the driver log that feeds payroll and settlements.

Includes

  • Driver profiles and availability
  • Configured work hours
  • Completed load history
  • Payroll and load records
  • Driver activity logs

FS1 Tracking

View live locations and load progress while respecting configured work-hour tracking rules.

See where each truck is and what stage its load is in. Location is collected only inside the work hours you configure, so drivers know exactly when tracking is on and when it is off.

Includes

  • Live truck map
  • Load stage progress
  • Work-hour-only tracking rules
  • Arrival and departure events
  • Driver-visible tracking status

FS1 Customers

Manage companies, contacts, delivery locations, job sites, pricing terms, and communication history.

Store each customer's companies, contacts, job sites and delivery locations with the pricing terms that apply to them, so every new job starts with the right rates and the right people.

Includes

  • Companies and contacts
  • Job sites and delivery locations
  • Customer pricing terms
  • Communication history
  • Ticket and invoice access

FS1 Billing

Convert completed work into invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and flag overdue balances.

Finalized tickets turn into invoices using the customer's rates. Track what has been sent, what has been paid and what is overdue, and follow up before balances age.

Includes

  • Tickets to invoices
  • Rate-based pricing
  • Accounts receivable tracking
  • Overdue flags and reminders
  • Payment status by customer

FS1 Reports

Review loads, revenue, driver activity, payroll data, customer performance, and fleet operations.

Understand loads per day, revenue by customer, driver productivity and payroll totals without exporting spreadsheets. Reports draw from the same tickets your dispatch and billing use.

Includes

  • Loads and revenue
  • Driver activity and payroll
  • Customer performance
  • Fleet operations summary
  • Date-range filtering

Driver mobile app

Simple for Drivers. Powerful for the Office.

Drivers see their assigned load, open navigation, confirm pickup and delivery, collect the signature and photos, and move to the next load. The office sees every step as it happens.

  • Simple driver experience
  • Real-time status updates
  • Digital tickets with signatures and photos
  • Location tracking only during configured work hours
  • Works on affordable Android devices
  • Easy return from navigation to the FS1 application
