For aggregate haulers
Every load from the pit to the pile, ticketed and billed.
Aggregate hauling is repetitive and high volume: the same quarry, a dozen job sites, and a stack of tickets that has to reconcile with the scale house before anyone gets paid. Fleet Suite One keeps each load, quantity and signature in one record from dispatch to invoice.
The problems
What slows aggregate haulers down
Tickets that don't match
Paper tickets from the scale house, the driver and the customer rarely agree — and the difference comes out of your invoice.
Repeat loads, repeat mistakes
When one truck runs the same round trip eight times a day, a missed ticket or a wrong quantity is easy to lose in the pile.
End-of-week reconciliation
Collecting ticket books from cabs and re-keying them into a spreadsheet delays invoicing by days.
Site changes mid-day
A pit closes, a site fills up, a truck goes down — and the plan on the whiteboard is wrong by 10 a.m.
How it works with FS1
Your day in Fleet Suite One
The same platform, applied to the way you actually haul.
Step 1: Set up the haul
Create the job with the quarry as pickup, the job site as delivery, the material and the customer rate per ton or per load.
Step 2: Assign multi-load runs
Assign a driver a run of loads for the day. Each load gets its own ticket line; multi-load tickets cover repeat trips.
Step 3: Confirm at the scale house
The driver records the loaded quantity at pickup so the ticket matches the scale before the truck leaves the pit.
Step 4: Sign at the pile
At the job site the customer signs on the driver's phone and the driver photographs the dump.
Step 5: Invoice by customer
Finalized tickets group by customer and job so the invoice is ready the same day the last load lands.
